  • 1999 the establishment of Customer Service Call Centre (TeleCentre) for Telefonia Dialog JSC - one of the first and largest independent landline telephone operators in Poland.
     
  • 2005 the formation of Avista Media company to implement innovative business projects for the benefit of Telefonia Dialog JSC in the area of new media - Project: Digital TV (IPTV).
     
  • 2007 bringing TeleCentre Dialog (80 operator positions) to Avista Media to improve and optimise processes of remote customer and subscriber services.
     
  • 2008 implementation and assignment of a structured system of digital television (IPTV) to Telefonia Dialog JSC.2009 modernisation and expansion of TeleCentre (second location - 120 operator positions), transformation into a multimedia contact centre working in business process outsourcing model.
     
  • 2009 modernisation and expansion of TeleCentre (second location - 120 operator positions), transformation into a multimedia contact centre working in business process outsourcing model.
