recruitment process

Recruitment and selection process for consultant positions in our contact centre consists of six simple steps.

However, before you proceed with your application please answer several fundamental questions:

  • Do you like telephone contacts with other people?
  • Do you feel good fulfilling job in customer service and/ or sales?
  • Can you deal with difficult customers?
  • Do you like to learn new things?
  • Do you know what the consultant's work looks like?
  • Is the consultant's work the one you're looking for?
  • Do you think that this work brings the prospect of development for you?

If the answers to the above questions sounded "YES", follow the steps below.

Step 1.
Determine what area of activities you would feel best in when working as a phone consultant? (sales, service, helpdesk, etc.).

Step 2.
Prepare your CV clearly, remembering to include your contact information and a clause on personal data protection.

Step 3.
Send your resume to the email address provided in the notice you found or to the following address: praca@avistamedia.pl or use the application form on our website.

Step 4.
After carrying out the verification of CV, we contact by phone (as soon as possible) people who meet the requirements for candidates to conduct an interview. If we are not recruiting at the moment, our contact can be moved in time by several weeks.

Step 5.
If the result of your initial conversation is positive, we will invite you to a meeting in our contact centre.

Step 6.
Immediately after the meeting you will receive feedback as to its outcome and our decision. If it is positive, together with you we will specify the details of starting work.
