In order to ensure full security of processes performed by the Avista Media contact centre, strict procedures regarding the protection of both facilities as well as ICT systems, data collected and processed personal data are applied in accordance with the applicable regulations:

• Act of 16 July 2004 Telecommunications Law (Journal of Laws No. 171, item. 1800), as amended.,
• Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data. (Journal of Laws 2002 No. 101 item. 926), as amended.,
• Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration dated 29 April 2004 on personal data processing documentation and technical and organizational conditions to be met by devices and computer systems for the processing of personal data.
• Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration dated 11 December 2008 on a model set of applications for registration to the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection (Journal of Laws 2008, No. 229, item. 1536)

Our facilities are covered by the round-the-clock protection and entry is only possible by means of an access cards. In the technological dimension, all of the systems are protected by redundancy.

We posses: high power UPSs and our own power generator, industrial monitoring system, fire and high air-conditioning systems, especially in the server room.

Data security and computer system security are under special supervision. Their protection meets all legal conditions. Avista Media has introduced a policy of personal data security and systems of management of software technologies for the processing of personal data.

A person responsible for daily monitoring of compliance with data protection principles - Security Information Administrator (ABI) is appointed by the management board.
