The most important element of our contact centre success is competent, well-prepared staff. We care about the positive conditions for professional development of our employees. In 2008, we obtained the title of Solid Employer of Lower Silesia.
In order to ensure the delivery of services at the highest level, we designed an efficient system of training for our consultants. It includes knowledge of: techniques of a phone call, sales techniques, active listening, correct use of the Polish language, effective problem solving and comprehensive customer service.
We run workshops on: assertiveness, developing coping skills within stressful situations and negotiations. The consultants also participate in product trainings within the supported campaigns, and enjoy the individual care of the more experienced employees and internal trainers.
